About Me
I am running for Nampa District 2 City Council Representative to address the concerns of our growing community. Let's work together to make a difference. I am a father and grandfather in the city of Nampa. As my family continues to grow its important to me that biblical principles are being used to make decisions about how the city grows and deal with the social issues facing Nampa. I have a 30 year background in law enforcement and government administration including public sector budget management. I feel it's our responsibility as citizens of this great city, to be responsible for stemming the influx of negative influences into our society. One of those issues we can all be a part in helping is human trafficking. Click on the button below if your interested in becoming a change agent for the bettering of Nampa.
As District 2 City Council Representative I will:
Strive to ensure responsible use of the cities budgetary resources by keeping taxation low and focus spending on the true needs of Nampa like public safety.
Prioritize responsible city planning to allow growth that will not infringe on the small town atmosphere that attracted many of us to Nampa when we decided to move here. Some of these options include maximizing infill and working to keeping housing costs within the affordable median income of Nampa.
Advocate for parents rights in the education of their children and strongly resist the radical social ideology facing families today.
Not support any mandates that will force citizens to choose between supporting their families or taking an unproven treatment or therapy.
Support our first responders. As a retired corrections lieutenant after 30 years of service, I know there are challenges that face law enforcement, as well as other emergency services, particularly as it relates to gangs and human trafficking. We can all do our part and be OnWatch for evidence of these crimes around our city.
